Amazing Olympic Extravaganza

This is a slideshow about the Olympic athlete Valerie Adams. I have made this because recently we have been learning about the Olympics. We have also been watching the Olympics and supporting our country. I thought that this was cool because I got to learn some things about some Olympians that I never knew before. I chose to do Valerie Adams because she is one of the best Olympic medalists in NZ at the moment. Did you learn anything new about Valerie Adams? Who is your favourite Olympian?

Skysurfing

For reading I got to do choose an extreme sport to do some research about. I chose sky-surfing because I like sky diving and I have watched lots of videos about sky-surfing. This will teach you a little bit about sky-surfing if you don't no what it is.

Book Report.

Liam.C Book Report. William's Wheel of Sport. by Liam Cuff My biggest area I improved on was writing book reports because I never used to be good at book reports. I am most proud of my effort because I used Canva and I have never used it before but I did really good. Getting backgrounds got in the way of my learning because I wanted my slides to be colourful and I wanted to have a look at all of the backgrounds.

My biggest area I improved on was finding other words within one word. I am most proud of my effort because I did really good with my reading activity and I found out what a civil emergency was. I would like to improve on getting more done.

The Zoo Debate.

My biggest area I improved on was working with a partner. I am most proud of my effort because I worked together with my partner and we worked together to make new ideas. I would like to improve on making more pictures because we didn't get many done.

Animal Heros

My biggest area I improved on is drawing pictures that go with my sentences. I am most proud of my effort because I have never done a reading activity by myself before. I would like to improve on knowing what different words mean.

Reading DLO

I am most proud of my effort because usually I wouldn't do good in a reading DLO and this time I did loads better than usual. I would like to improve on what I can hear while I am reading. Getting backrounds got in the way of my learning because I wanted our slide to be colourful.
