Scratch Project Piano Tune Maker

This is a cool scratch project I made a while ago. You can play it if you click the flag and you can press the forward,backwards,left,right and the space keys on your device. This is one of my most favourite scratch projects I have ever made. Try It out and have FUN!

    1. Hi Naomi
      I used scratch and just used some code that said when left key clicked, when right key clicked and so on. I used that same piece of code for all the controls on this and thats how I made it.

  2. Kia ora Liam,
    I have never heard of scratch before, however will definitely be looking into now after seeing this fantastic blogpost you have created!
    It is so cool how you were able to make this scratch project by yourself, and I think it’s amazing how I can play this virtual keyboard through my very own laptop!
    What exactly is scratch and how do you use it?
    Could you choose other instruments to use, or was your only choice the keyboard?
    Did you get to pick which sound came from which key?
    One thing I enjoy doing a lot is playing my ukulele, and finding the chord patterns which sound beautiful together. After playing around with your scratch project for a bit I came up with this pattern which I quite like;
    Down, up, left, right
    Down, up, right, left, right
    Are there any patterns that you have found that you like?
    It would be awesome if you could reply to this comment and let me know so I can have a go at your sound!
    Keep blogging!
    Nga mihi
